Context
Gear Up Cup was designed as a national competitive gaming tournament to drive device engagement and position Samsung Gaming at the center of competitive culture.
The program combined live gameplay, influencer amplification, and broadcast distribution into a unified competitive ecosystem — requiring precise operational coordination across technical production, brand integration, and digital platforms.
