Impact
Scalable asset library for retail, marketing, and packaging teams
Context
Nerds required a scalable visual system to support evolving product lines across retail and marketing channels.
The objective was to create high-quality 3D packaging visualizations and composite environments that could serve as a centralized asset library for ongoing use — reducing future production friction and improving cross-team consistency.
The Challenge
Managing high-volume deliverables while maintaining:
• Strict packaging accuracy and brand standards
• Version control across multiple product SKUs
• Naming conventions and file hierarchy clarity
• Cross-functional approval workflows
• External vendor alignment

• External vendor alignment
The complexity was less about spectacle — and more about precision and scale.
My Role
I led production operations across internal teams and external 3D partners.
• Defined asset scope and phased delivery roadmap
• Built production tracker for 42+ deliverables
• Standardized file naming conventions and version control systems
• Coordinated layered PSD exports for downstream marketing use
• Managed review cycles between brand and vendor
• Ensured retail-ready visual accuracy across all SKUs

I focused on building a repeatable asset system — not just one-off creative outputs.
